  Claire's is a good, fun store. We handle children very well, with that said, we DO NOT condone children being verbally abused at any time nor being jerked around. Customers left because it was uncomfortable. We love the kids that come in as well as anyone else, and we enjoy helping our customers. We are sorry you were offended, yet we can't allow yelling in the store. There is a time & place for discipline but please don't treat a six yr old like that in public & not expect people to be offended as well. Take care
