  Shawn was very helpful/friendly and gave me the information I needed. He also worked with me so I was only charged for the exact services I required after I had flip flopped on my request. Dougnet also has some of the best diagnoses prices in town. Support this business even if you just need help getting pointed in the right direction.

  I found Dougnet after my school recommended them and I love them. I spilled a beer in my laptop's keyboard working on a project one night and had to get my palm rest replaced and then eventually my motherboard. They helped me find a cheap but reliable palm rest from one of their vendors as well as worked alongside me and HP to replace my motherboard (which they somehow convinced HP to do for free thanks to my warranty) and were extremely patient with me as I stressed and called them also daily. I highly recommend them to anyone, especially students, for their computer repairs.
