  Unhelpful employees is the main problem at this location. I tried to get a special order of pre cat lacquer for my kitchen cabinets. The employees were first confused, then told me it was impossible, then referred me to another Sherwin-Williams store. I didn't get the sense they had and idea what they were talking about and I seemed to be causing them a lot of inconvenience. I asked them if they could just order the product and I could and pick it up later. They finally agreed after a lot of back and forth. A week later I called to check up on it and they provided a couple of very vague excuses as to why it couldn't be done. Finally I just asked for the number of the other Sherwin-Williams store and was able to get the product I needed with one phone call.
